have an extended help file.

Thing is, I do lots of different things with videos, but not all that often. You have lots of software options, but your help files do not tell me what are the different options, and which program to use to do what. For example, they tell me how to 'crop' provided that I have the correct software - but do not explain what cropping is. In effect, your help instructions are really only for experts. Really, they should be for beginners, and help me work out not only how to use a particular program, but what else I could do if I had a second or third program.
